From the first time you interact with us, either by phone, text or email, you will notice the difference. We actually pick up the phone! (What a novel idea!) If we are busy with another client when you call, we strive to get back to clients as quickly as possible. We will provide a prompt and accurate quote for your work, and we will schedule the job at a time convenient for you. We will send you a reminder email a day or two before the appointment, and you will receive an “on my way” text from the crew when they are en route. After the job is completed, you will receive an email checking to ensure your complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event that something is amiss, we will return promptly to correct it for you.
