Q: How much do you charge?
A: We will be happy to come to your home and provide you with a personalized estimate free of charge and without obligation.
Q: Do I need to be home to get an estimate?
A: Not necessarily. In most cases, we can make an accurate estimate just by looking at the outside of your home.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We have customers between Rolla and St. Louis and between Hermann and Potosi, including the following: Rolla, St. James, Cuba, Owensville, Hermann, Bourbon, Sullivan, Stanton, St. Clair, Lonedell, Potosi, Union, Washington, Pacific, Eureka, Fenton, Wildwood, and Chesterfield.
Q: Do I need to remove my drapes/blinds/decorations?
A: In most cases, we can work around blinds and drapes. We would greatly appreciate it if you could remove any delicate decorative items from window sills before we arrive.
Q: Will I need to move furniture?
A: No, we would be happy to move whatever furniture is necessary to provide access to your windows. When we are finished, we will replace it again.
Q: How long will it take?
A: That depends on the size of the home and the state and ease of access to the windows. We can finish most jobs in less than a day. Let us know if you have specific time constraints and we can send a bigger crew to get the job done even faster.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: If there is rain in the forecast, we will call you the night before, or the morning of your appointment, and you can decide if you want to go ahead with the appointment. Rainwater is pure and will not leave streaks on your windows, but if you want to postpone your appointment we will do our best to reschedule you as quickly as possible. However, during our busiest periods, this could take several weeks.
Q: Can windows be cleaned in winter?
A: Absolutely! In fact, window cleaning is even more important during the cold season because of road salt which becomes airborne and settles on your windows as a film of dust. We have the necessary tools and equipment to safely and efficiently clean your windows even during winter.
Q: How frequently should I have my windows cleaned?
A: That depends on your circumstances and needs. Most of our commercial clients have their windows washed every 2 – 4 weeks. Most of our residential clients range between quarterly and annually. We will customize your service according to your wishes.
Q: Are you insured?
A: We are fully insured, including workman’s comp. We carry $100,000 in liability insurance. Copies of our insurance certificates are available on request.
Q: Will you smoke on my property?
A: No. All our employees are non-smokers.
Q: What forms of payment will you accept?
A: We accept personal checks, cash, and credit cards.
Q: What services do you offer:
A: We offer window, gutter, and dryer vent cleaning services. We also repair torn and broken window screens.
