A: Not necessarily. In most cases we can make an accurate estimate just by looking at the outside of your home.

A: In most cases, we can work around blinds and drapes. We would greatly
appreciate it if you could remove any delicate decorative items from window sills
before we arrive.

A: No, we would be happy to move whatever furniture is necesary to provide access
to your windows. When we are finished, we will replace it again.

A: That depends on the size of the home and the state and ease of access of the
windows. We can finish most jobs in less than a day. Let us know if you have
specific time constraints and we can send a bigger crew to get the job done
even faster.

A: If there is rain in the forecast, we will call you the night before, or the morning of
your appointment, and you can decide if you want to go ahead with the
appointment. Rainwater is pure and will not leave streaks on your windows, but if
you want to postpone your appointment we will do our best to reschedule you as
quickly as possible. However, during our busiest periods this could take several
weeks.

A: Absolutely! In fact window cleaning is even more important during the cold
season because of road salt which becomes airborne and settles on your
windows as a film of dust. We have the necessary tools and equipment to safely
and efficiently clean your windows even during winter.
